Cancellation Policy
The appointment time has been reserved for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require a minimum 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will be be responsible for the full treatment fee.
Parking
Street Parking is expensive ($2.50 for 22 minutes) but can be found on Hornby, Howe, and Cordova. Lot parking is available on Cordova, Hornby, Hastings, and Howe. Parking lots typically cost $2.50 per half hour, but the Pacific Centre lot on Howe (between Dunsmuir and Pender) is $2.00 per half hour.
